Minnesota IT Services with the Department of Transportation MNIT@DOT) intend to renew for up to 12 months their agreement with Boschung America LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of BORRMA-Web Hosting; RWIS Data and Fixed Automated Spray Technology System. Referred to as BORRMA system, this is a cloud-hosted software tool used for monitoring roadside weather and anti-icing spray throughout the State.
Boschung America LLC retains exclusive ownership, and intellectual rights of the proprietary software for the BORRMA system. The State believes this is a sole source as the products and services required for this renewal are not available through third-party entities.
