The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) Engineering Services Division intends to send selected staff members to attend the Minnesota Transportation Conference & Expo for both the 2024 and 2025 conference years. This conference is hosted by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Minnesota (ACEC-MN) and provides annual training and industry relations within Minnesota.

MNDOT determined that this is deemed a single source purchase because it is the only major statewide transportation industry conference in Minnesota. In addition, tickets to attend the conference can only be purchased from ACEC-MN and cannot be purchased from other third parties.
