The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) intends to renew an agreement with Waters Technologies Corporation for up to 12 months to provide Performance Maintenance Plans for Xevo TQ MSMS, TQ-XS MSMS, GCMSMS, and UPLC test instruments.

MDA has determined that Waters Technologies Corporation is the only commercially reasonably available provider for these maintenance plans. This is deemed a single source purchase because Performance Maintenance Services for these test instruments are solely distributed and supported by their manufacturer, Waters Technologies Corporation, and are not available from other third parties.
