Response to this solicitation is due no later than: 06/9/23 at 10:00am
MNIT Services Central intends to enter into a 12 month agreement with LexisNexis to provide Lexis Advance license, which enables access to current state and federal case law. Also, with as state statues and federal code, which support research of approximately 8,000 incarcerated individuals in facility Libraries
Because LexisNexis is the only provider to the software licenses to the existing system. The State believes that this Software is a single source and is not available through a 3rd party vendor
