This is a Single Source Posting Notification; This is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor a Request for Proposal (RFP). There are no solicitation documents, such as specifications available for download.
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) on behalf of Department of Natural Resources intend to renew for 1 year/12 months their agreement with NatureServe for continued, uninterrupted use of Biotics software which includes support services an Minnesota Conservation Explorer (MCE) hosting and maintenance services.
NatureServe retains exclusive ownership rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and all intellectual property rights, and are the sole providers of all required services. Because these services are not available through third party entity, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
