NGA YRRP Reintegration Event December 2-3, 2023. MDMA has determined that Hilton of Minneapolis does not allow any other catering services at Hilton Minneapolis. This is deemed a single source purchase because Hilton Minneapolis is the sole caterer for this venue and no external third parties caterers are allowed.
