The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive, on-site Power System Study. The Responder must be able to perform t he P o w e r S ys t e m St udy on-site at the new Minnesota Veterans Home located in Preston, MN, i n acc o r d a n c e w i t h the following standards: N F P A 70 - 2020 ( NE C ) , N F P A 70E - 2021, I E EE 1 41, 242, 399, 551, a nd I E EE 1584 - 2018.

Responder must be able to work with MDVA and Healthcare personnel and Leadership and be available to answer questions about the study and responder’s findings. As needed, responder may be required to provide timely recommendations and solutions to any identified issues or problems with electrical hazards and/or violations of safety regulations pertaining to the facility.
