Title: Single Source Maintenance service for Tecan instruments

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Dept. of Public Safety, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension intends to award Immunalysis, authorized by TECAN. Immunalysis will arrange TECAN technicians to perform maintenance for (2) EVO75 and (1) Hydroflex instruments.
TECAN trained service engineers are the only individuals authorized to perform any maintenance or service on any TECAN manufactured equipment. TECAN may terminate the service contract in the event that the equipment is modified, damaged, altered, or serviced by personnel other than those authorized by TECAN; or if parts, accessories or components not authorized by TECAN are fitted to the equipment.
BCA has determined that having a 3rd party or independent technicians perform service or maintenance will void warranty for these instruments.
