This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (“RFB”) or Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The Office of Traffic Safety (“OTS”), a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), intends to secure lodging accommodations and conference registrations through the MN TZD program for Minnesota Drug Recognition Evaluator (“DRE”) personnel identified to attend the annual MN TZD conference as a function of their annual compulsory classroom requirement.

DPS-OTS has deemed the purchase of the lodging accommodations and conference registrations identified above as a single source procurement. Regents of the University of Minnesota through its Center for Transportation Studies (“CTS”), acting on behalf of Minnesota Toward Zero Deaths (“TZD”), is the sole conference host and entity that secures available conference lodging at favorable pricing to attendees, in addition to being the only available entity through which conference registrations may be purchased.
