    The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Corrections, (MINNCOR) intends to enter into an agreement with Epicor Software Corp. (Epicor). The agreement will provide software Licensing and support services related to Epicor’s Financial Statements & Reports module , this module will support MINNCOR’s current Epicor ERP system. This contract is for up to a 36 month term.

    Because Epicor Software Corp. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, hosting, support, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
