The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, intends to enter into an agreement with Loken’s Rushford Inn, located at 201 State Highway 16 Rushford, MN 55971, for up t o 6 months to pro vide up to 20 single occupancy lodging rooms on an as needed basis from December 2023 through April 2024.

The Agency determined that lodging within this parameter is the only lodging facility reasonably available and open during winter months that meets the Agency’s business needs to provide lodging for staff involved in Winter 2023/2024 Chronic Wasting Disease Management Effort. This is deemed a single source purchase because Loken’s Rushford Inn is the only lodging facility available during this timeframe, has enough lodging rooms available and is within 10 miles from the work site.
