Nature of Work/Contract Title: Consultation and Quality Assurance of Polygraphs and Eye Detect at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP)
Description of Work: The Department of Human Services, Direct Care and Treatment, Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is requesting proposals to provide consultation and quality assurance to MSOP regarding the implementation and internal procedures of conducting polygraphs and eye detect assessments. Polygraph/eye detect consultations shall be provided for all MSOP locations, Moose Lake, Minnesota, and St. Peter, Minnesota including Community Preparation Services. Upon STATE’s request, CONTRACTOR shall provide consultation at the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota metro area.
