This is a Single Source Posting Notification; This is Not a Request for Bid (RFB) not a Request for Proposal (RFP). There are No Solicitation Documents, such as Spec's Available for Download.
The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) with MNIT Services intend to renew the remaining 2-years of a 3-year agreement with Blackbaud, Inc for continued, uninterrupted services of Raiser’s Edge 7 on behalf Minnesota State Services for the Blind.
Blackbaud, Inc. developed and retain sole ownership of all rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property of Raiser’s Edge 7. The State believes these services are solely provided by the manufacturer and are not available through third party entities. For these reasons the renewal of the remaining 2-years has been deemed a sole source.
