The Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety (Agency), intends to renew an agreement with Trancite Logic Systems, for up t o 36 months to provide Easy Street Draw .

Every crash report that is created must include a diagram of the crash events. The Agency uses Easy Street Draw to create this diagram in the State crash report (MNCrash). Files created are specific to Easy Street Draw and are saved in ESD and SVG; ESD is proprietary. The Agency determined that Easy Street Draw is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product that meets the Agency’s business needs.

This is deemed a single source purchase because Easy Street Draw is solely distributed and supported by Trancite Logic Systems and is not available from other third parties.
