This is a Single Source Posting Notification, this is Not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor a Request for Proposal (RFP). Please note there are no solicitation documents, such as Spec's available for download.
Minnesota IT Services on behalf of MN Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intend to renew their agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Stantec, Inc.) for up to 1year/12 months for continued, interrupted use of software license Highway Pavement Management Application (HPMA) and bundled support hours.
Stantec's software licenses, applications, maintenance, and support services are proprietary and retain exclusive ownership rights of all their products and services. The State believes the renewal of HPMA software and support services are not available through third party entities resulting in a single source.
