Brief description: Contractor will work in partnership with MnDOT project manager to develop and facilitate training sessions to advance implementation of the updated Complete Streets Policy. Training curriculum should include interactive elements, including participatory exercises for attendees to improve technical ability to identify Context Categories, utilize MnDOT design guidance, and create a project-specific transportation hierarchy. The training will be targeted towards planning, project management, design and engineering staff – in particular those who are involved in the transition of projects from planning to scoping.
