The Minnesota State Patrol intends to proceed with the purchase of Specialized Event Data Recorder cables from Crash Data Group. The cables are used to collect data from a vehicle event data recorder (black box) in the event of a crash. Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) units, accessories and software are products of Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc. Bosch is the sole manufacturer of the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool products. The CDR products are only available for retail purchase in the United States, Jamaica and Canada through a sole product distributor, Crash Data Group.
