This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Agriculture intends to renew existing agreement with OneRain, Inc., an AEM Subsidiary. This annual renewal provides software maintenance and support related to Contrail Web services, which is a hosted application service. This contract is for up to a 12 month term.
Description: Contrail Web Service OR-1201-3 a M anaged and hosted application service subscription and includes:
- Contrail Base Station: 1,000 sensor
- One ( 1 ) client website
- Contrail Inventory Plus
- Contrail Analytics
- Upgrade from Contrail Web to Contrail Server
Because OneRain, Inc. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. The State believes these required products/services are not available through a 3rd party vendor deeming this a sole source.
