NOTES: This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Agency intends to receive Mass Hunter Software Upgrade for two existing instruments in the Toxicology Lab.
The MassHunter Software upgrade is for two Agilent Model G1701FA GC/MSD instruments.
The software (MassHunter) is unique to the application being utilized and has been deemed a sole source purchase because Minnesota BCA Forensic Science Service is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The accreditation standards require the BCA to have procedures for upgrades of instrumentation in order to ensure proper functioning and to maintain optimum performance.
