Minnesota IT Services, partnering with the Minnesota Department of Education , seek to purchase a 3 Year ( 36 months) SaaS Subscription to use CIDI Design Tools, which includes the DesignPLUS, Multi-tool, and Upload/Embed Image LTI tool. SaaS agreement for FTE up to 2500.
This has been deemed a single source purchase. Not accessible for a 3rd party vendor.
