The State of Minnesota Governor’s Office (Agency) intends to renew an agreement with Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (formerly Lockheed Martin Desktop Solutions, Inc.) (LDS), for annual support and maintenance for the Agency’s Qualified Software. Qualified Software includes all Internet Quorum (IQ) named user licenses, IQ add-on modules, and Oracle Database Licenses purchased from LDS. The IQ software does message management for incoming and outgoing messages and citizen service requests, manages casework, and manages boards, commissions, and judicial appointments.

The software is the proprietary product of LDS, and LDS is the sole provider of the required service and maintenance. The required services are exclusively available through LDS and are not available through a third-party reseller.
