Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Department of Health intent to renew their agreement with Formagrid, Inc. a/k/a Airtable for continued, uninterrupted use of Airtable Enterprise for up-to 12 months.
Airtable is an online, cloud-based platform used to collect and share relational databases with other Users within their Enterprise. This renewal includes an additional 30 Users, now totaling 60 for the 12 month term.
Formagrid, Inc. (Airtable) is a sole proprietorship and retain exclusive ownership rights of Airtable Enterprise. The State believes the cloud-based platform is not available through the resale of other entities resulting in a sole source.
