MnDOT is seeking responders with business development experience and knowledge of the highway heavy construction industry and professional/technical services to provide virtual technical assistance/consultation, workshops, and mentoring for certified small businesses through a MnDOT Virtual Small Business Resources. The project offerings will provide a wide variety of business expertise, services, and resources to assist small businesses with skill development and hands-on technical assistance which enables small businesses to compete more effectively for MnDOT contracts.
