The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter a 1-year membership with the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs (AMCHP) to continue attending mandatory Title V conferences, in which a AMCHP membership is required to attend.

This renewal has been deemed a single source as Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs is the only one organization that supports state public health leaders, provides legislative advocacy, and hosts the mandatory grantee meetings for state Title V grantees. AMCHP is the national legislative/policy/lobbyist organization for federal Title V MCH Block grant program, of which the state of Minnesota is one.
