The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to make a onetime purchase with the American Heart Association to purchase 140 licenses pertaining to ISC 2023 Nursing Symposia Sessions. These licenses include access to: ISC 2023 Nursing Symposia Main Event, Acute Care, Care Across the Continuum and Stroke Program Optimization breakout sessions; a total of over 14.5 hours of education. These licenses will be provided to the Acute Stroke Ready Hospitals throughout Minnesota.

This purchase has been deemed a single source as the American Heart Association is the sole proprietor of these licenses. These licenses are not available for purchase from other Suppliers.
