The Minnesota Department of Human Services intends to enter into a renewed annual maintenance agreement for 1 OPEX Model 5 and 2 OPEX openers/scanners beginning September 1, 2024 for a period of one year. OPEX CORPORATION is the sole authorized source for parts, software and service on this equipment.
MN DHS has deemed this a single source because of the propriety diagnostic software, parts and service on this equipment. No other company can act on behalf of OPEX and provide this service.
