The Minnesota Department of Commerce is looking to purchase one SS Slip-on Testing Unit, which is used by field inspectors to verify calibration of retail motor fuel dispensers. The unit consists of three 80 gallon holding tanks contained in 1 unit. Each holding tank has one special J VEP 5-gallon stainless steel prover mounted on it. The 5 gallons provers are built to NIST Handbook 105-3 standards as well as API manual of petroleum measurement standards chapter 4. This unit will be mounted in the bed of a work truck and will be used assigned to an inspector as their primary testing equipment.
