MN Dept. of Human Services (DHS) intend to enter in to an agreement with Veracity Group Inc. (VeraTrak) to provide VersaHub 3 (with 24 hour battery backup, status lights and power loss notification). Along with Technical Support for one year. Includes all VT software upgrades for the duration of the support agreement. Training and configuration issues to be provided. Also all emergency issues will be handled 24/7.
This product is an automated refrigerator monitoring system that provides alerts when temperatures are out of required range.
MN DHS currently utilizes the VersaTrak system at multiple sites and VersaTrack is the manufacture and the only source to get this equipment. The State believes that this is a single source because it is Proprietary and not available through a 3rd party vendor
