Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Administration Department (ADM) intend to renewal for 9 months their agreement with Outreach Systems for continued, uninterrupted web-based client activity tracking system for ADM staff .

The web-based client activity tracking system will include but is not limited to: Neoserra and Bid Match. ADM will use the subscription for interfacing and transmitting client data on a confidential and secured basis each quarter, with the database used in conjunction with their Cooperative Agreement contracting agency, Department of Defense (DOD) and Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). This data and reporting are a requirement of the APEX Accelerator Cooperative Agreement.

Outreach Systems are the sole developers of this web-based client activity tracking system and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
