The Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) division of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) intends to make a one-time purchase from ErgoQuest, Inc. of a Zero Gravity Workstation for a VRS client.
This purchase has been deemed a single source as ErgoQuest, Inc. is the only vendor identified that can provide this workstation and is the only source for a reclining workstation that will meet the specific accommodations needs of this VR Participant. They manufacture and sell this equipment directly and it has been deemed that it is not available through any other vendors. Model: ZGW-Ultimate-XL plus accessories.
