The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC) , intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months w ith RELIAS LEARNING LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of CE Direct/Relias, a License Service Agreement for unlimited online training/nursing licensing CE starting May 23, 2024 through May 22, 2025, for a quantity of 225 licenses.

CE Direct/Relias is a leading provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals. Nurses and other clinical staff require documentation of completed continuing education to remain licensed through their specified board. Learning Management System (provided by CE Direct/Relias) is designed to help advance clinical knowledge, meet CE requirements, and assist clinical staff in providing better patient care. RELIAS LEARNING LLC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary as a cloud service. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
