This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) intends to renew an agreement with Articulate for up to 36 months to provide Articulate 360 e-Learning software-as-a-service (SAAS) tools. DEED’s developers have been using Articulate’s integrated suite of software tools since 2017. Articulate 360’s tools include Storyline 360, Review, Rise and other e-learning course design assets.
DEED has determined that Articulate 360 is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because Articulate 360 is a proprietary product, solely distributed and supported by Articulate, and is not available from other third parties.
