    The Department of Information Technology Services, partnering with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE), intends to renew an agreement with Bonterra DBA Apricot – Social Solutions for up to fourteen (14) months to provide a package containing the following items: support consultant resources for up to twenty-four (24) hours a year, the Apricot Results Platinum package (Results Only Package – forty-eight (48) hours per year), the Apricot Advanced Training Subscription, on-going access to all live Apricot Administer Trainings, the Guest User Module, the Apricot 360 Bundle, Apricot 360 License, and one (1) additional administrator seat to the Apricot 360 License. Apricot is a cloud-based case management solution designed to manage donations, volunteers, and events.

    OHE determined that this package is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product to meet its business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because this package is solely distributed and supported by Bonterra DBA Apricot – Social Solutions and is not available from other third parties.
