The Minnesota Information Technology (MNIT) Services intends to enter into an agreement with Sirius Computer Solutions, LLC, for up to twelve (12) months. The agreement is to provide hardware maintenance and software support for Infinidat storage solutions used by MNIT for the benefit of the Department of Revenue.

The manufacturer, Infinidat, requires that the maintenance and support services of its storage solutions be handled by an Infinidat authorized reseller. In addition, Infinidat has an internal policy that designates Sirius Computer Solutions, LLC, as the designated partner of record or provider for services purchased by MNIT Services. Due to this policy, no other Infinidat authorized resellers are able to provide the maintenance and support services for MNIT Services. Due to these reasons, MNIT Services has determined that this is a single source purchase.
