The Minnesota Department of Transportation intends to purchase two pre-confirgured Sonetics field communication systems for the safety of our field maintenance staff. These systems are the only systems that are allow our existing Sonetics systems to be incorporated together. These systems are only available pre-configured from this vendor. Another feature not available is the capability via software from Sonetics to allow open, direct communication with our Traffic Services that oversees the regional traffic camera system.
