The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement with Intersection Media, LLC. for the purchase of printing and displaying digital ads created by Minnesota Department of Health. The ads will be placed in Metropolitan Counsel locations such as bus stations, light rail platforms, and/or inside busses and light rail trains.
This has been deemed a single source, as Intersection Media, LLC is the exclusive advertising contractor for the Metropolitan Council. Intersection Media, LLC has the exclusive right to sell, market, manage, produce, maintain, install, and remove advertisements in and upon Metropolitan Council property and vehicles in accordance with the terms of the agreement with Metropolitan Council in effect as of 9/1/22.
