This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Administration (ADM) , intend to enter into an agreement up to 2 years/24 months with OutreachSystems.com for continued, uninterrupted use of their web-based tracking system referred to as Neoserra,and add-on component Bid Match.
The Neoserra tracking system is used by the Dept of Admin for interfacing and transmittal of client data, a requirement of the APEX Accelerator Cooperative Agreement . OutreachSystems.com retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary products and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
