PURPOSE. To provide lodging, conference room space, AV equipment, and catering services for the CHD Tribal Grantee Meeting on April 24-25th, 2024, for a total of thirty-five (35) attendees. The state reserves the right to award this contract to a vendor located within a 30-mile radius from the city of Brainerd, MN.

CONTRACT TERM. The Contract term will begin on the date of contract execution through April 30th, 2024.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is February 22, 2024, at 4:00 PM Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Jeff Colonna at jeff.colonna@state.mn.us . All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
