The Department of Information Technology Services, partnering with MnDOT, intends to purchase a Fleet Manager perpetual software license as well as support and maintenance for the new license and the current licenses used by MnDOT. These items will be purchased from Agile Assets, Inc. The Fleet Manager software is used by MnDOT as part of the State of Minnesota’s Transportation Asset Management System (TAMS), which is MnDOT’s primary work management system for signals and lighting activities. Data from this software will expand the TAMS development to include fleet management.

The Department of Information Technology Services has deemed this a sole source purchase as Agile Assets is the only vendor that can provide Fleet Manager. The vendor is the sole owner and does not deliver software, enhancements, services, upgrades, or maintenance through third parties.
