The Minnesota Zoo is requesting qualifications proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk to provide design phase/pre-construction services and construction phase services for the Lakeside Plaza Reconstruction project at the Minnesota Zoo. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be followed by a Request for Proposals process, open to short-listed RFQ respondents.
A mandatory in person pre-qualifications submittal/proposal meeting will be held April 02, 2024, at 2:00 PM, Central Time, at the Minnesota Zoo.
