This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this
posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs
(DMA) and the Facilities Management Office (FMO) intend to acquire a one year software license renewal of Procore
"Project Management Pro" cloud-based construction management software, for service period (04/01/2023 -
04/02/2024). The FMO has determined that the construction management software detail above is deemed as a single
source as Procore Technologies is the sole supplier of this software. This software is not available from other third
