The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Health (MDH) intends to renew existing agreement with SAS Institute, Inc. The annual renewal provides software licensing, maintenance, and support related to SAS proprietary software Office Analytics, used for processing and data analysis of health care claims for the State of Minnesota. This contract is for up to a 12 month term.
Because SAS Institute, Inc. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
