Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) intend to renew for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Redsail Technologies, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted software maintenance and support for MDVA staff. The annual renewal provides software maintenance and support related to MDVA's Pharmacy management system, QS1, and interfaces to supporting Docutrack and Pharmacy Packaging (SynMed) applications. The software maintenance and support will include but is not limited to: price, clinical, images, and Architext updates.
Redsail Technologies Inc. are the sole developers of this software maintenance and support service and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
