The Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE) intends to renew an agreement with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for up to five (5) years to provide postsecondary enrollment and completion data. This data will be used in the development and implementation of the Success Coaching Program for SELF loan borrowers. (SELF is the Minnesota Student E ducation al Loan Fund Program.)

OHE has determined that the NSC is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because NSC is the sole entity that collects this information and makes it available for purchase. This data is not available from other third parties.
