The State of Minnesota, Minnesota’s support for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Water Resources Regional Body and Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Council for their Fiscal Year 2023-2024. $41,570.46
The state of Minnesota is required to be a member of the bi-national Great Lakes Compact. DNR is the appointed agency to represent the Governor, and our statutes 103G.801- Article 2, section 2.4 requires the fees to be apportioned equitably among the parties by unanimous vote of the council. This cost is our apportioned share of the Compact Council’s budget.
