Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Public Safety (MNIT@DPS), intend to renew for 1-year/12 months their agreement with JSI Telecom for continued, uninterrupted maintenance and support services of JSI's Voicebox Universal Content Management (VB UCM) software.

The Voicebox Universal Content Management software is propriety as has been designed, engineered and solely manufactured by JSI Telecom. The software designed for telephone monitoring equipment, is used by the BCA as it pertains to the State’s Telephone and Data Intercept System. Because the State believes the maintenance and support services are solely provided by JSI Telecom and not available through third party reseller, this has been deemed a single source renewal and is a proprietary renewal as JSI is the only Authorized provider to provide this service. .
