Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) intend to renewal for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Spark Hire Enterprise Plan for continued, uninterrupted web-based interviewing, documentation, and quality assurance tools for MDVA staff.

The web-based video interviewing application will include but is not limited to; live/panel and one-way video interviews, equity guidance, unlimited job slots, scheduling, integration partner access, rejection management, ongoing education, analytics, dedicated account manager, and 24x7 technical support.

Spark Hire are the sole developers of this web-based video interviewing platform application and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
