The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Department of Transportation, intends to purchase two seat belt persuader educational devices. One shipping to our St. Cloud location and one shipping to our Rochester location. These units are educational rollover devices. By using the seat belt persuaders, we will be able to show our communities (adults and youth) what it feels like on the body to be in a rollover crash. The demo shows the importance of wearing a seat belt. This tool will help us work to change traffic safety culture and getting people to buckle up, thereby saving lives.
