State Freight Plan and Metro District Freight Plan
Brief description: The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) seeks qualified consultant teams to develop and deliver an update to the state freight plan using the existing version as a base framework to further refine. In addition, MnDOT further seeks to develop a regional Metro District Freight Plan as part of the ongoing process to ensure a cooperative, continuous, coordinated transportation planning program. Each effort will proceed independently, and each project team will work collaboratively during the active project period. MnDOT may make an award for up to 2 consultant teams for these efforts. Responders must address both projects in their proposal.
