TH 55 Preferred Alternative selection and Complete Streets Preliminary Design

Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals to identify a preferred alternative and complete concept development and preliminary design on Trunk Highway (TH) 55 (Olson Memorial Highway) in Minneapolis from the Bassett Creek Culvert (Bridge ID 5908) just west of the BNSF railroad to Oak Lake Avenue in the City of Minneapolis. The goal of this project is to select a preferred project alternative, grant applications for project funding, and a TH 55 preliminary design which at the conclusion of this project can be finalized without any further public engagement.
